Monday: 12:30pm -5:30pm
Tuesday: 10am-6pm
Wednesday: 10am-7pm
Thursday: 10am-7pm
Friday: 9am-6pm
Saturday: 9am-6pm


Timeliness

In order to get the full benefit of your Jivana experience, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to fill out a spa intake form and enjoy a beverage. Your treatment will begin and end promptly at the scheduled times, so that the next client will be able to begin their treatment as scheduled.


Cancellations and Changes

We will ask for a credit card when booking an appointment. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation for single appointment.
- a minimum of 48 hour for multiple appointments, and those with 2 or more people. Cancellations not meeting this criteria are subject to a charge of 100% of reserved services.


Confidentiality

Please rest assured that all personal information is for the purpose of providing superior client care, and that this information is held absolutely confidential.


Peace and Tranquility

For maximum relaxation, we ask that cell phones and pagers be turned off while visiting Jivana Holistic Spa. They can, however, be used in the hallway before coming into the spa.


Payment Options

Jivana is pleased to accept cash, local personal checks, travelers' checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.


Personal Belongings

We recommend against bringing jewelry and valuables to the spa, if possible, and we cannot be held responsible for the loss of such items.


Product Return Policy

JIVANA will accept the return of any unopened and unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied with the original sales receipt. We will refund credit card purchases to the original card used. For purchases made by check or cash, we will mail a refund check within five business days of the return. After 30 days, and within 60 days, we will be happy to give you store credit.
