3-Mongolian Koyashai Massage:

This is a treatment of two areas of the body– the feet and the eyes/upper face. It is performed with the client lying fully clothed on a treatment table. Literally translated, Koyashai means 'Sun and Moon." Influences are drawn from Mongolian Ayurveda. The treatment is slow and meditative and goes very well with Champissage (Indian Head Massage.)

The benefits include: creating a state of inner calm; promoting lymphatic drainage and circulation; reducing eye tension; nourishing and hydrating the delicate skin around the eye, reducing puffiness and dark shadows; while having a draining effect of the sinuses. The foot massage soothes sore and tired feet, and reduces overall fatigue.
