Why Sauna?

Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt is an expert in clinical detoxification and has written: “Peer reviewed literature shows that sweating during sauna therapy eliminates high levels of toxic metals, organic compounds, dioxin, and other toxins.”  Far infrared saunas have been studied and used extensively in Germany for treatment of cancer and other diseases.


Benefits of Heavenly Heat Sauna

Dr. Klinghardt recommends Heavenly Heat saunas exclusively. They are made totally non-toxic, without glue or solvents of any kind.  Also, they are made from white spruce, rather than cedar, which can be reactive for chemically sensitive persons.

Dr. William Rea is considered the foremost expert on chemical sensitivity. He has used sauna detoxification with thousands of severely chemically ill patients. He has used a Heavenly Heat sauna clinically since 1994, and his patients have used them for aftercare since 1989. At the 2007 meeting of the “American Academy of Environmental Medicine”, Dr. Rea gave a talk on his detox program, with the use of far infrared sauna, and the data on the chart (see below) was presented.
